1. Basic Agreement

By accessing or using GabHub, you agree to comply with local, state, federal, and international laws. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Allowed Content

GabHub supports free and open discussion. You may post lawful opinions, ideas, and debates without censorship.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed on GabHub:

  • Pornography: No sexually explicit images, videos, or descriptions.
  • Gore: No graphic injury, dismemberment, or real-world gore.
  • Illegal activity: No promotion, planning, or facilitation of illegal acts.
  • Child safety: No content that harms, exploits, or endangers minors.

4. Enforcement

GabHub may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules or applicable laws. We do not remove content simply because it is controversial or unpopular.

5. International Use

GabHub is available to users worldwide. However, laws governing speech vary greatly between countries. The United States provides strong legal protections for free expression, and GabHub follows the U.S. standard for free speech.

Users outside the United States are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their own country. Some countries have strict rules about online speech, and posts that are legal in the U.S. may be illegal elsewhere.

If you live in a country with limited free speech protections, you may choose to use an anonymous username when creating an account to protect your personal safety and avoid legal consequences for expressing opinions that may be restricted where you live.

6. Advertising & Google AdSense Compliance

GabHub displays advertising to support the platform. To remain eligible for Google AdSense and similar advertising programs, users must not post content that violates advertiser policies.

The following are not allowed because they violate Google Ads policies:

  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Graphic violence or gore
  • Hate speech targeting protected groups
  • Illegal drugs, weapons sales, or criminal activity
  • Malware, scams, or deceptive practices

Content that violates advertising policies may be removed or restricted to ensure GabHub remains eligible for ad monetization.

7. Changes to These Terms

GabHub may update this Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
